Yakima Siding Pro is a rapidly expanding residential & commercial exterior construction company. We are seeking qualified contractors to join our team! Our company relies on intelligent planning, quality construction, safety, and maintaining an excellent reputation in the industry.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Must own large assortment of hand and power tools in good condition
• Reliable van/truck and a clean driving record
• Demolition—ensures site protection is in place and meets safety guidelines
• Siding & exterior skills for most jobs
• Exterior trim skills for most jobs
• Doors & window skills for most jobs
• Drywall: hang, mud, and texture
• Painting: good with a roller and a brush
• Roofing: architectural shingles
• Owns smart phone

Preferred qualifications and experience (candidates interested in lead position):

• Good people and communication skills
• Familiarity working closely with homeowners, commercial property owners and subcontractors
• Experience using blueprints to do takeoffs and layouts
• Use email to communicate efficiently and effectively
• Overseeing apprentices
• Familiarity with Building Codes

Other requirements:

• Qualified candidates must be able to take directions and complete tasks independently.
• We require each worker to be responsible for keeping a clean work site. A clean site shows professionalism and keeps the site safe.
• Yakima Siding Pro is a drug free company and testing is required before hiring.
